03/04/2024: The bill is hefty: €3 per oyster with number 3s but also numbers 4; the kidneys are bathed in a mixture of blood and cream.

03/04/2024: One of the great café/bistrots/brasserie in Paris on Boulevard du Montparnasse, with all the classic dishes for this kind of restaurant. Le Select is spacious and so it is easy to find a place if you just drop by or you can simply book in advance. The service is attentive, friendly and fast. There is so much to recommend on the menu, but their steak tartare and chicken dishes are among my favourites. Do not miss out on dessert, in particular the chocolate profiteroles or the tarte tatin (both are a must). This place is good for all occasions with friends, family or the quick business lunch on the go. I do not have enough good things to say about this place.
