Difficult access to rooms with luggage especially top floor

At first glance we were disappointed (garden not passable and accessible only from the car park; terrace on the edge of the departmental road, etc.), partnership with a restaurant that we hated; and the owner seems overwhelmed... But, after having been able to enjoy a little and in all honesty, the rooms are very correct, the breakfasts top notch and plentiful; and the hotel is very well placed for visits (Puy de Dome; Vulcania; Lemptegy..) I recommend

We stayed in this hotel in Orcines to cut the road in two (on the way there but also on the way back from our vacation). The hotel is very nice, comfortable room and bedding for a couple with a young child. We did not have breakfast, but there is a local grocery store near the hotel (Carrefour contact) which allows you to find something to make breakfast. The receptionist was very charming and accompanied us to the room to introduce us to the place. Very nice attention.

Family hotel, quiet and well located near Vulcania and Puy de Dome. Attentive staff and personalized welcome. Spacious room, comfortable bedding, copious buffet breakfast with local products (homemade cheese and jams) the children were delighted to enjoy the swing in the garden Auvergne specialty restaurant a few minutes away I recommend

Very warm welcome, a beautiful little room for a quiet and restorative night after our long journey and visit to Clermont Ferrand, and upon waking up a superb breakfast to start our day. THANKS.
