Pleasant setting, room large enough and clean. We were located at the back of the hotel, very quiet. Please note this hotel does not offer catering but there was a food truck in front of the entrance, the hamburgers are super good...

Well-designed and comfortable duplex room for 5. No road noise despite proximity. Slightly limited catering offer (food truck) but good quality and tasty. Not very friendly service

Hôtel utilisé pour un arrêt étape sur le trajet des vacances. Quelle belle surprise !! Madame très sympathique, chambre fonctionnelle, cadre agréable, et petit-déjeuner excellent ! Un grand merci au food truck et bonnes continuations. Si nous repassons dans la région nous n’hésiterons pas à nous arrêter de nouveau ! 31 juillet 2023

Il a fallut choisir entre la chaleur dans la chambre et le bruit de la route! Le petit déjeuner était bien. Accueil et service sympathique.

Localisation très pratique pour voir le Puy de Dôme. Chambre quadruple parfaite pour un couple avec deux enfants. Nous avons mangé au food truck dont les frites fraîches étaient délicieuses. Et enfin: j'avais oublié mon sac, la gérante nous l'a très gentiment envoyé pour que nous n'ayons pas à faire demi-tour. Merci !

Le Relais Des Puys

13/03/2024: I had booked a duo massage followed by access to the private spa for 1h30. Both were very good. The masseuses are very professional and the massages are very pleasant. Afterwards they left and we took advantage of the spa. It seems almost new, very clean. It consists of a jacuzzi bathtub with water that remains hot throughout, a sensory shower, a hammam, a sauna. There is a kettle and tea and herbal tea to hydrate after the massage, there is also a small bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, shower gel, make-up remover, shampoo, hairdryer and certainly some other details I forget. The room is beautifully and simply decorated. We left 10 minutes late while we dried ourselves and our hair. No one pointed this out to us. In short, very pleasant, from start to finish!
03/03/2024: Superb hotel. With private parking as well as free wifi (small downside because you can't get it everywhere). A luxurious and very clean room. Nothing to say. IF YOU ARE PASSING DO NOT HESITATE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ✅✅✅
