Honestly, the best culinary experience of my life. The food was exquisite and the service was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and educated you about the food. HIGHLY recommend the wine pairing. It brought so, so much to the meal

Wow! Every plate was incredibly delicious. The best meal we had in Paris by far. It was an approachable/ not pretentious atmosphere and we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommend the wine pairing, I think it added a lot to the experience.

So obviously rating a star is always tricky because inevitably the dishes in this type of establishment are elaborate and very, very good. Despite everything, I give it 5 stars because what I particularly appreciated was the warm, welcoming, passionate welcome available to talk about dishes and cooking. Far from being stuffy, we feel very comfortable. The prices for a Michelin star are not crazy, a very good time spent in this restaurant.

Great time at Aspic, we particularly appreciated the warmth of the welcome. The quality of the wines is there, and the pairings with the dishes are carefully studied by the sommelier.
In short, we had a great time, I recommend without reservation!

Fantastic culinary experience. The detail and thoughtfulness of the chef is reflected in the delicate flavor combinations throughout the meal. We ordered a 4 course meal but they do offer longer courses. The restaurant is lovely inside and offers views of a garden. The staff were attentive and very friendly which made the entire experience enjoyable. Would definitely come again!

We had dinner for my birthday. As we had many dinners in Michelin restaurants, including 3 stars. As the setting is very intimate and simple (which we like a lot), we didn't expect it to be something special. Yet, it turned to be one of the most creative, excellent meals we ever had. The chef Sami Chakour visited every table and was so humble and grateful for our compliments. It's really worth 2 Michelin stars! The service was so attentive and the wine list is comprehensive and priced fairly.
