A very warm welcome, the layout and design of the dining room are impeccable, ensuring privacy for each table. The owner kindly explains the choice between the three set menus and the à la carte options. The meal is a festival of flavors and subtle nuances, from the amuse-bouche to dessert, with the composition of each dish detailed. The presentation of the main course by the Japanese chef is delightful, especially when accompanied, as I was, by a Japanese friend who approved of the entire experience. A truly wonderful experience.

Exceptional cuisine that takes you on a journey between Japan and the Loire Valley, attentive service, a comprehensive wine guide to suit all tastes, and a genuine moment of pleasure that leaves you wanting to return very soon.
