A truly wonderful culinary experience. Inventive cuisine that showcases local ingredients with finesse. The boat trip on the Loire was full of delightful and delicate surprises. The bubbles of Chenin Blanc made our taste buds dance throughout the tasting. A truly beautiful moment. Despite its original Japanese-inspired decor, the dining room is a little disappointing. And that's the only slight drawback. We eagerly await a new setting that will better showcase the chefs' cuisine.

A Christmas treat at an exceptional Michelin-starred restaurant. The courses unfold with metronomic precision: each one showcasing a different ingredient, presented in all its forms. We were surprised to encounter the chefs themselves, who came to our table and finished the dish right before our eyes 😍. A long meal punctuated by gourmet delights that made us feel like we'd participated in a truly fantastic event... a truly memorable experience.

14/05/2026: Le Castelet is a small restaurant with just a few tables... really cute. The service is excellent. Everyone is really friendly. Intrigued by the reviews, I chose this restaurant. I'll start by saying that I always choose restaurants where I can eat really well and drink well. I can't give a perfect rating for the dishes because I've had better in France.
