A truly exceptional culinary journey to discover and rediscover. The chefs are delighted to personally serve you. The welcome is personalized, the service is impeccable and attentive to all questions, and the atmosphere is excellent and discreet, if needed. We had a pleasant, serene, and calm experience. We were able to take our time to discover and enjoy our meals, a truly exceptional discovery. I highly recommend it. Absolutely stunning food, wine and service. One of the most memorable meals in many years. Definitely at a 2 star level in my opinion. Prices for food and wine are extremeIy reasonable. I couldn't find the slightest fault anywhere. Truly worth planning a trip around. And Blois has many worthwhile sights as well. Looking forward to coming back as soon as possible. Merci.

As always, an extraordinary experience; each bite a true discovery, both in terms of taste and the combination of elements. The service was consistently impeccable, and there was no waiting between each of the many courses served (an eight-course menu each time for a truly complete culinary experience) – the perfect balance. Absolutely perfect; I can't wait to return.

This Michelin-starred restaurant is without a doubt the best I've ever been to. Each visit is an explosion of flavors, a culinary journey. The entire team is highly competent, and the experience is a shared one from beginning to end. What makes me say it's the best Michelin-starred restaurant I've ever been to is that it offers what everyone is looking for in that moment: some dishes are a true Proustian madeleine for me, especially the chef's rice pudding. This dish transports me back to my childhood; it's difficult to put this kind of feeling into words, but I thank the chef for it because, for me, this is the ultimate goal of cooking. I look forward to returning very soon :)

25/09/2026: We held our civil wedding reception at La Creusille. I highly recommend the experience! We agreed on the menu beforehand with the team's advice to ensure the best possible experience for everyone (meat cooked to order for a group, dessert, wine pairings). I was able to drop off the decorations the day before for the team to set up according to my requests. On the day itself, everything went perfectly. The private room and the option to have the cocktail reception outdoors were ideal for the event. A bonus was the surprise of the cake arriving, served by the chef! Thank you a thousand times for helping make this day so magical!

19/08/2026: Meal for 4 people. Very warm welcome and pleasant service. However, we were disappointed by the sparse accompaniment to the tuna tataki: bland carrot tagliatelle, and another vegetable was missing. The tataki itself was very good. This dish wasn't worth €27. The duck breast was very good, but it needed a few potatoes. The seasonal fruit pavlova was too sweet and overpriced. There was a limited selection of desserts. We had visited twice in winter and found the quality and price to be reasonable. We were disappointed this time in the summer, which is a shame!
19/08/2026: My husband and I visited le Castelet recently for dinner and it was incredible! The setting was lovely, the service was friendly and attentive and the food was fresh, full of flavour and totally delicious! Would highly recommend
