Excellent restaurant with perfectly orchestrated dishes. Charming and very professional staff. The only slight drawback: I feel the setting doesn't quite live up to the quality of the cuisine and service.

This was our second visit to Assa in Blois, and once again, we had a wonderful time, this time shared as a family with my partner and father. The cuisine is refined, creative, and perfectly executed, with beautiful flavor combinations and meticulous presentation. You can sense a real artistic vision and a distinct identity in each dish. The service is equally impressive: professional, attentive, and pleasant, yet natural and discreet. This second visit fully confirms our initial impression: Assa is a truly exceptional restaurant in Blois, where you come as much for the quality of the food as for a truly enjoyable experience. An address we wholeheartedly recommend and where we will gladly return!

The cuisine offered by this Franco-Japanese chef couple delighted us: from the aperitif to the end of the meal, each bite, each dish, was a harmonious blend of the subtle flavors of Japanese cuisine and local produce from the Loire Valley. As lovers of Japanese gastronomy, we discovered new combinations and flavors, such as, to name just one, the cucumber dessert that I particularly enjoyed. The service was impeccable: precise, attentive, and perfectly timed. Each dish was described to us in detail during the service, and all our questions were answered. The wine list is very impressive, which makes choosing a wine to pair with such expressive cuisine a real challenge. Seeing my dilemma, the sommelier was able to advise me, and the choice was perfect. We greatly appreciated the small gesture at the end of the meal to celebrate my wife's birthday. Thank you to the entire team for this wonderful experience.

Once past the less-than-attractive exterior, as it's not the usual location due to a fire, the service truly shines, and everything is simply perfect. The service was impeccable, and the cuisine was equally exceptional. The multitude of different flavors was nothing short of astonishing. We were captivated by this meal. Without a doubt, the best we've had in its category. And we truly want to congratulate all the staff who made our experience so wonderful. Don't change a thing; everything is perfect.
