Magnificent moment! The cuisine is subtle and delicious. The service was perfect despite the recent move to this temporary location. We can't wait to discover the future place.

A neat and refined immersive setting, of great finesse

A 3-hour journey between Loire-Japanese traditions and influences! It was refined, surprising, we chose the Vent & Lune formula to be able to taste everything! And everything was delicious. A must-see address in Blois!

A cuisine worthy of a 2 star, and not just a 1 star. The salty was perfect. At least one of the 2 desserts was not up to the standard of a Michelin star (the truffle one was much more interesting), but as is often the case in gourmet restaurants. However, it is the desserts and sweets which are the last memories of the establishment. We can regret the decoration (the upcoming closure for work is understandable). Indeed, we had a very good table if it had been daylight. We were placed side by side (and not face to face) facing the bay window (Loire view during the day or in the evening in summer), which would have been perfect during the day. But there, as it was dark, we could see our reflections in the window and the street lamp on the road. The downstairs room is really not what you would expect from a Michelin-starred hotel (no decoration, sad side, carpet from another era, radiator from the 80s). The rating of 4 is explained by the quality-price ratio in the state of the dining room. Otherwise, I would have given it 5, even if I have a reservation (personal taste) on the desserts. Truly perfect savory dining experience.

Original and excellent cuisine, high quality service. Just a note, cleaning the kitchen at the end of service while we were still present and close to it. not great!!

Only pleasure in the dishes and accompaniments

The only downside remains the decoration which is not up to par with the dishes and the kitchen. It was an extraordinary taste journey for my friends and me. I thank all the staff for this magnificent gastronomic evening.

We had dinner at this restaurant on Saturday last week. We had a great time. The service is impeccable and pleasant. The pace of the service is perfect. The dishes reflect the chefs. Congratulations to you.
