A truly wonderful discovery. The eggplant fatteh was remarkable, with a delightful interplay of textures between the crispy bread, the meltingly tender eggplant, and the creamy yogurt sauce. The kafta nayé was served perfectly with mint, spring onion, and toum. Special mention goes to the mouhalabieh offered at the end of the meal: its texture was just right and it was generously garnished with pistachios.
The service was exemplary from beginning to end. A special thank you to Martin, whose attentiveness and warm welcome made this meal even more enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

“I usually go to the one on Rue Jacob in the 6th arrondissement. This was my first time at the République location. The atmosphere is much brighter than in the 6th, but the welcome is just as warm, generous, and attentive. The dishes are hearty and delicious. Thank you to the whole team for this lovely experience and for your hospitality.” 😊

An incredible experience, both for the food and the people!
The dishes were amazing; we ordered 10 mezze between the three of us and were stuffed because the portions were so generous. The signature cocktail is to die for, you absolutely must try it!!! And the mouhalabieh, offered at the end (a kind of deluxe oriental panna cotta with pistachios and orange blossom), was fantastic. We had a wonderful time, thank you so much for the warm welcome!

We had a fantastic time. The place is lovely, the staff were wonderful, and the food was delicious! The only slight downside is that it's quite noisy. But I'll definitely go back.

Delicious Lebanese food! We had the mezze for 2 and everything was delicious - the baba ganoush and the fattete assanabel in particular were our favourites.
Special shout-out to our waitress who was very accommodating and made sure we were well looked after.
