22/02/2026: A super cozy and welcoming atmosphere, starting with the decor, centered on a wooden wave that evokes Alvar Aalto's best projects, the music, the excellent cocktails (autumn flip is an absolute must-try), the food as beautiful as it is good and very refined (the scallop tartare in particular). The team offers you an extremely warm welcome, making the kitchen vibrate to the rhythm of the room. A place that allows you to escape and forget the ambient grayness and gloom.

29/03/2026: A rare, discreet, almost timeless address, just steps from the Canal Saint-Martin. The atmosphere is exceptional: intimate, warm, perfect for a romantic dinner. You immediately feel welcome, with attentive and genuinely human service—a special mention for the impeccable welcome. The food is simply stunning. Dishes that are literally from another world, precise, profound, and remarkably refined. A special mention goes to the lemongrass sausage starter, absolutely addictive, followed by the Natin and Nom Peuchok desserts, a delightful banana and coconut cream, authentic Cambodian dishes, executed to perfection. Absolutely divine. A perfect experience on a Saturday night, even with our small dog, who was welcomed without the slightest hesitation. An authentic, sincere, and memorable restaurant. Bravo to the entire team at Le Cambodge—we will be back, without a doubt.

The grandmother even treated us to so many wonderful things: from appetizers to dessert, right down to the fruit! She is incredibly generous and kind. She enjoys chatting with us, and that's exactly the kind of person and relationship our society needs today. I love the restaurant's atmosphere. From the street, it looks like a cozy little spaceship, a truly comforting and soothing place.

09/03/2026: A wonderful discovery at La Petite Rose des Sables! The owner, a lovely grandmother, is incredibly kind and welcoming. The food is delicious and the portions are generous. I highly recommend it! Just a quick note: the grandmother explained that they had to close for a few days last week due to unforeseen circumstances, and she was very sorry about that.

29/03/2026: Great staff, really friendly. 4 of us went having just arrived at Gare du Nord and he kept our luggage safely. Crème brûlé was tasty and the food was filling. We had quiche, beef tartare, sausag, and a cod dish.

28/03/2026: A charming Parisian brasserie located right next to the Gare de l'Est, where you feel right at home, with an excellent breakfast menu—undoubtedly the best value in the area. Efficient and attentive service. Special mention for the aphorisms by Groucho Marx and Pierre Dax, such as "Badly served food makes for a bad start to a meal." Bravo to the whole team!

13/03/2026: Back to Holly Belly in 2026. Still as good as ever, but I have a small comment about the signature dish: the savory stack. Please, please, please don't drizzle maple syrup over the whole dish: let us just put it on the pancakes. In the US, they serve the eggs and bacon separately. This gives us a "savory" part of the meal and a "dessert," whereas, as it's served, it's all sweet (and for me, the eggs and bacon are too sweet...).
