Despite being "fast," this food is high quality, freshly made, and--most importantly--delicious! The veg couscous, especially the sauce, was excellent. Bonus: they added a freshly steamed and sauteed hot pepper on top! The woman who ran the place is super kind while managing a busy restaurant.
