13/06/2024: I have been to Paris/France 3 times and was blessed to stop by this beautiful church each time. And last visit, we were able to see and touch St Maria Faustina Kowalska’s relic! I did not even know it was in the church! God is good!

16/07/2024: Very pleasant meal at Ciasa Mia. We discovered a multitude of appetizers, starters, main courses and desserts. Everything was very tasty. We don't choose what we're going to eat and that creates great discoveries. The staff takes great care. To test 😊

02/07/2024: I’m not sure if they’re having an off day or what, but our experience definitely did not live up to how others have reviewed this place. For €85, the quantity of food was not worth it, the taste was subpar, and service was average. They must’ve changed up their menu because out of all the dishes, only two were good - the duck speck and the dessert. Let me review each course one by one: 1. Appetizers - tapioca chips with radish cream, carrot cake roll, and pork lard with bread - none of these stood out and lacked complexity in flavor and texture 2. Appetizers 2 - egg yolk - this is quite unique and tasted decent 3. Appetizer 3 - Parmesan puff with mushroom mayo and beet root with horseradish - this was okay for me 4. Course 1 - crab filling dumpling with chicken stock - this was interesting in a bad way. With the stock the bottom became soggy very quickly, the flavor was quite mild 5. Course 2 - duck speck - this was unique and delicious, I liked how it was presented, and the pickled onion really balances things out 6. Course 3 - pasta with almond filling and veal broth - this was okay, again flavor is super mild 7. Course 4 - fish sausage - by far the worst dish of the night. The sausage was extremely mushy and lacked any complexity in flavor. For the main protein this is a major disappointment and felt like they’re being cheap 8. Course 5 - dessert - this was delicious, I liked how it seems like a heavy dessert but the ice cream and other parts actually made it less heavy Service also leaves a lot to be desired - after we finished dessert and informed the waitress that we don’t need coffee or tea, she left us there for 20 minutes without bringing the bill or checking in on us. We had to try to catch her and ask for the bill. When I put down my credit card, she still gave the receipt to my fiance to sign even though she saw me taking it out of my wallet

02/07/2024: The room is not very large (be careful to book). Decoration and tableware in accordance with Portugal. We also speak Portuguese there (what a pleasure). Friendly and efficient servers. Colorful, tasty dishes and served generously like there. Everything is delicious. Good value for money. We leave with a full stomach. Return soon to taste their Portuguese-braised chicken. Address to share without moderation!

28/03/2024: Leaving Notre Dame and entering the Latin Quarter we found this little bistro. We ate a lot and very well (the baby too). The service is very friendly and attentive and the atmosphere is also spectacular. The price is very suitable. We really liked that the water was served in recycled bottles of drinks such as gin or jägermeister! Definitely a good place to eat a well made meat dish!

09/06/2024: Nice selection of dishes. Food was delicious and well-prepared. Staff were very friendly and helpful in assuring gluten-free for one of the diners.

14/05/2024: The welcome is deplorable with a lady with her headphones who does not respond to hello, does not smile and hums loudly while we eat.... Add to this some chicken which dates from I don't know when and heated in the microwave with the added bonus of a loaf full of fat and a few strips of carrot and you have a sandwich for €8. I had my doubts on the spot and took photos of the inedible chicken meat, black and reheated, hard as a rock. I also asked for a drink, the one given to me was disgusting, unfortunately I didn't think to take a photo of it. To avoid, sincerely. I was sick all afternoon with dizziness and migraine. If you value your health, move on.

07/07/2024: Characteristic French dinner We found this typical French place located in the Latin Quarter thanks to Google Maps. The environment is characteristic and the waiters were really kind and attentive to our needs. My girlfriend and I tried an excellent fondue and a delicious raclette to round off our holiday in Paris. Highly recommended for anyone passing through this area, a must try!

26/07/2024: I recently had the pleasure of dining at Les Pipos, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The meal began with their delectable duck confit, which was cooked to perfection and full of rich, savory flavors. The beef bourguignon followed, and it was incredibly tender, melting in the mouth with each bite. The chicken and pork fillet mignon were equally impressive, both cooked to an ideal level of doneness and seasoned beautifully. The entire meal was a testament to the quality and care that goes into each dish, all of which are homemade. For dessert, we indulged in a creamy crème brûlée and a delicious cheesecake, both of which provided a perfect sweet ending to an already fantastic lunch. The crème brûlée had a perfect caramelized top and a smooth, luscious interior, while the cheesecake was light yet decadent. Overall, Les Pipos offers a wonderful dining experience with excellent homemade dishes. Each course was a delight, and I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable meal.

22/07/2024: It has been a year since we dined at Sola, and our outstanding dining experience still lingers. We stayed across the street at the Maison Colbert and the concierge snagged us a table for two midweek. The dinner was like delicious poetry, each course having substance and beauty and seamlessly relating to the next through flavors, color, or ingredients. And two elegant petite desserts capped a dining experience of a lifetime. C’est magnifique.

20/07/2024: I came for lunch at Sola with my boyfriend because we had been given a gift certificate. The atmosphere in the basement room in the old stones is pleasant and fresh, in Japanese style where we put on slippers and the waiters sit next to us to talk to us. Too bad, some seats were without backrests and therefore a little uncomfortable. The food is very good and fine but nothing that surprised me more than that and the portions are really too small. You should at least double the portion of the second course: a finger of fish and 3 pieces of vegetables is not possible. Very smiling and friendly service but sommelier who speaks a little under his breath sometimes and who made us feel a little disappointed because we did not want sake in the food/wine pairing.

27/06/2024: I've been coming here for a few years now, it is my favorite bar by a long shot. I'd eagerly recommend it to anyone looking for a cosy yet festive atmosphere. The boss and the barmaids and barmen are absolutely adorable and always cheerful! Would absolutely come visit if in the vicinity.

12/07/2024: We had the most wonderful dinner at Selva. The food was delicious with wonderful flavours and so beautifully presented. The Churrco Nikkei was fab and I can highly recommend the desserts! Everyone was very friendly and keen to ensure we had a lovely time. We can also recommend the passion fruit pisco cocktail! We will definitely return. Thank you!
