We came on Friday the 9th to celebrate my birthday, after consulting the Michelin Guide.
The setting is warm and elegant, for a truly memorable experience.
The service is professional without being pretentious, and the food is exquisite.
We opted for the six-course Alpine menu, and we weren't disappointed.
The wine list is extensive, with prices that aren't exorbitant considering the quality of the wines offered.
Furthermore, the view of the lake is simply magnificent.
This place easily rivals the Michelin-starred restaurants of Lyon or other renowned chefs in the region.
A marvel that I highly recommend to all gourmets seeking a refined dining experience.

From start to finish, every moment was the result of a perfect balance between high-quality gastronomic service delivered by a team of true professionals and refined, locally sourced cuisine, prepared with a passion clearly evident on every plate. What a beautiful restaurant! Beyond the exceptional setting, the cuisine is both sophisticated and rooted in local traditions. The menu is superb, and the interludes are truly surprising (a sweet Jerusalem artichoke bite is incredible). The ravioli in mushroom broth is breathtaking. The Arctic char with cauliflower and vermouth sauce is perfectly dipped, served with exceptional bread, and the chuck roast with turnip sauerkraut is incredible. And all this is served by very professional, friendly, and attentive staff. In the morning, the sunrise over Lake Bourget is breathtaking.
A truly enchanting experience that I highly recommend.

We had lunch at this restaurant some time ago. I remember the exquisite cuisine, and the simplicity that highlighted the quality of the dishes. The place is peaceful with a view of Lake Bourget. The staff is discreet but attentive. I would gladly return.

We didn’t know what to expect, however, we were thoroughly impressed. The service was 10/10, the owner was very pleasant and funny! The chef is creative while staying traditional, and the portion sizes were more than sufficient so we were not hungry afterwards. We were also impressed that they have Dom Perigon by the glass. Every dish was excellent. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.
