Excellent restaurant. The best value for money in the area. And the service is top-notch.

The welcome was absolutely fantastic; the restaurant owner gave us excellent advice on our choice of dishes and wine, explaining their origin and cooking methods. We were even treated to a dessert specially prepared for the occasion, which wasn't on the menu—truly bespoke! Furthermore, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, like being in a cozy little cocoon, where we had a very pleasant time.

The welcome was simply superb: warm, friendly, and attentive from beginning to end. Au 31 is a charming little neighborhood restaurant, just the way we like them, with traditional French cuisine that is generous and, above all, delicious.
My wife chose a bavette steak, while I opted for a Montbéliard sausage: two succulent dishes, perfectly prepared and served with a smile.
An excellent culinary experience, perfect for sharing as a couple or with family. A friendly place where you feel comfortable and want to return.
I recommend Au 31 100%! 👌🍽️

It was divine: delicately spiced poultry, orange blossom flan, all served in a very pleasant and refined atmosphere. I will be back.

Excellent find! The dishes are fresh, refined, and above all, delicious. The decor is pleasant, bistro-style, and the atmosphere is quite cozy.
Our only regret was the lack of interaction during service, such as: "Have you finished? Did you enjoy your meal? Would you like anything else?" The bill was simply handed to us without us even asking, even though we weren't in a hurry.
But we still highly recommend this excellent establishment!
