Au Bassin sur Perigueux

Found this good restaurant, while waiting for the Vessuna Gallo-Roman Archaeological museum to open in the afternoon.. I had a steak (bavette) for lunch and it was tender and delicious.

I recommend this establishment. While passing through Périgueux, we stopped at the latter. What a great discovery! The welcome was warm, the team available and attentive, and the quality of the products exceptional. Everything was delicious, a real treat! We feel that the chef is passionate, and this is reflected in each plate. We liked it so much that we went back the next day. An address not to be missed.

A little noisy but otherwise...food and service very good. Remember to make a reservation and it's certainly essential... because when it's good and nice... there are people!

Finally I come back to my feelings the boss without hello just you have to take the dog out (one a york) that's what is called being received like dogs..the smile let's not talk about it as well as the boss words from loyal customers.. just put up a sign prohibiting dogs...and idiots the best thing is to avoid going there especially with a dog and even without a dog Thank you again for this moment,...,.

Very fast service, good value for money

We stopped randomly on our way…..luckily! Very fast service with a very warm welcome and in a good mood! “at the Bassin” you can enjoy simple and traditional cuisine of very good quality and the dishes are copious!! We enjoyed ourselves for a very reasonable price! Well done

Une cuisine élaborée avec des produits frais ,de saison ,de la couleur ,de la saveur et un peu de fantaisie dans l assiette. Une belle découverte. Et un accueil très agréable. Merci pour ce bon moment.
