2 night stay in this hotel very clean room very good breakfast but hotel in the city center, non-air-conditioned room with large view and very noisy and busy street a good welcome all the same but there was no hook at all!!! In short, we won't come back

The hotel is ideally located, in the heart of downtown Aix-les-Bains, and yet quiet. The welcome is charming, the rooms well equipped and the cleanliness perfect! I highly recommend this establishment for good value for money!

I was delighted by the very warm welcome from the hotel owners. I had a great stay and highly recommend this quiet hotel with good bedding and attentive services. In short, excellent value for money. I will come back with pleasure.

Family hotel, very well located. Pleasant staff. Hearty breakfast. Top notch bedding. Congratulations on the decor in the lunch room, especially the chandeliers. Good value for money. This hotel allows us to forget the big hotel chains.

17/03/2024: A cozy place with beautiful views of the mountains. Very nice, kind and helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious. A small minus was problems with heating, but the ladies from the staff helped bravely. I recommend
