Always as good - menu renewed every season. Cooking (for me) mastered whether with meat or fish. Balance and flavor are there. A very good Bistronomic.

The food is good, the staff friendly and welcoming. However, we were not satisfied with the value for money, I was expecting original flavors which I did not find. The pieces of cheese on the platter were also not very filling.

Fabulous, what more can I say, white fish tartare, free-range poultry accompanied by a remarkably made spelled and artichoke risotto and an iced parfait, le petit pois, subtle and light at the end of the meal. A cozy, delicate, calm and explanatory service, an ambient serenity, a great discovery!

A good restaurant with good dishes. I recommend this restaurant, the plates are generous, the fish is cooked at low temperature, the desserts are delicious. A good welcome for a very resonable price. A must-see in Val André.
We came back 3 years later, and we had the same warm welcome, extremely well-cooked fish, delicious desserts, and excellent food/wine accompaniment.
Thank you for this good time.
We will come back😃
