What a wonderful discovery!
This restaurant truly deserves its Bib Gourmand rating: excellent value for money, delicious, refined, and generous cuisine prepared with the finest ingredients.
The service is simply outstanding: warm, attentive, friendly, and highly professional. A superb restaurant where you feel truly welcomed and where you'll want to return. I highly recommend this place.

The quality of the food is good.
We were given a table at the back on the raised section. It was extremely hot there. Other guests offered us a table to join them.
The staff works hard, but you miss the relaxed atmosphere and the attention.
Apparently, we used the wrong cutlery during our first course. The used cutlery was hastily put back. "Just like at home," we said to each other, "but certainly not in a Michelin restaurant."
Unfortunately, not a good experience.

A truly wonderful discovery! Le Biniou offers refined, generous, and perfectly executed bistronomic cuisine. The ingredients are high-quality, the dishes are beautifully presented, and the flavors are consistently excellent from start to finish.
The welcome is warm, the service attentive without being intrusive, and the restaurant's atmosphere is particularly pleasant. You can feel a genuine passion for cooking and a meticulous attention to detail.
An excellent restaurant that I wholeheartedly recommend for lunch or dinner with friends, family, or as a couple. We will gladly return!

I have mixed feelings.
Keep one thing in mind: it was very good. Really very good.
So if you're looking for a really good restaurant, I can only encourage you to check it out.
But here's where the "mixed feelings" come in: it left me wanting more.
Every element of the appetizers and main courses was very good, but it was finished very/too quickly.
Is it just the taste that gives that impression?
I rarely eat bread in restaurants, but here, it was necessary to fill me up.
In short, it's good. It's well-prepared. It's definitely a good restaurant in Val André, but don't come with my appetite. ;)
