A restaurant that lives up to its name. A simple setting, a room without too much particularity, although the furniture is qualitative. Regarding the service, it was very good, fast and efficient, very pleasant waitress. The kitchen now, let’s just say it straight away, was great. Very impressed by the speed of service and the quality of the dishes. We had the trout as a starter, good products, well presented, with a good mix of flavors. The Calamansi balls are surprising and effective, softened by the foam that accompanies them. For main course, we had poultry and beef, both cooked wonderfully, very good, accompanied by equally well cooked vegetables. The dessert, chocolate dome, presented very well, with beautiful colors, a good crumble and a playful sparkling side. The chocolate whipped cream was also very good, unfortunately the biscuit was a little dry and tasteless, if eaten separately. Very good selection of wines. Overall, it was a very good experience, the strong point remaining for me, the meats, good products, perfectly executed. It’s everything you would expect from a restaurant called Bistronome. A simple and very well managed menu, accompanied by good products, you are sure to eat well there.

While passing through Nancy we had the pleasure of discovering the Bistronome. Fresh, seasonal cuisine, crafted and very nicely presented. Low temperature cooking as I like it to keep all the flavor of the meats. I recommend ++++

A weekday lunch option that has never disappointed me. It really cooks: in the moment and fresh. A nice list of wines by the glass and beers. Very pretty terrace in summer. Remember to make a reservation, especially at lunchtime as there are many satisfied regulars.
