Au Bled Al Cham sur Niort

A wonderful experience at Bled al Cham. To celebrate my birthday, the room was reserved exclusively for me. Everyone was delighted with the place, the atmosphere, and the food. Mayada makes us feel right at home.

Once you step through the door, you forget the building and are transported to the Middle East. The subtle blend of spices and aromas in this Lebanese and Syrian fusion cuisine, the authentic decor, and the warm welcome of the staff will instantly transport you. All you have to do is wait for the wedding guests to arrive so you can join the festivities. You have to taste everything to understand that this cuisine is far more than just couscous. Nevertheless, the couscous itself is light, fragrant, and sweet, much like the delicacies that conclude the meal. Embark on this journey without a passport, with complete peace of mind.

Great restaurant, the managers are lovely and the dishes are delicious (and homemade), all in a very warm atmosphere. I recommend it!

It's an excellent restaurant. I only go there if I want to eat Palestinian food or something else. It's at Mayada's, a very good cook. Everything is very good, for me. I've been there several times and haven't been disappointed. I'll come back again and again.

A wonderful culinary and human experience. We were passing through Niort and were looking for a restaurant for dinner. Bled Al Cham was a wonderful surprise: the gentleman who welcomed us was extremely kind, very warm and pleasant, and so was his wife. The cuisine is very refined. The meat and vegetables are very well seasoned, and the harissa is homemade. The semolina is fine. We also really enjoyed the mezze: the garlic cream, hummus, and eggplant caviar paired perfectly with the crispy falafel (the best I've ever eaten!). The tea has a slightly spicy flavor with orange blossom, which I loved! The pastries are also delicious. I 100% recommend this restaurant.

Very delicious, just great with halal dish
