For my part, I was very well received. The room was clean and my expectations were met.

We have been coming to the "Au Bois Le Sire" hotel for many years. Each time, it is a great pleasure for us. A huge thank you to everyone, to Mrs. Saulnier and her team for everything. We look forward to seeing you again.

Pleasant and clean room, comfortable bed. Quiet and relaxing location, welcoming and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Very good value for money.

The welcome was very friendly, and the staff were attentive and kind. The spa and rooms were clean. However, we used to come here before 2020, but it's clear that either our expectations have increased or things have changed since then. What disappointed us most was the food. Basic, nothing special, rather greasy, with a few regional products, but relatively few... (Munster cheese, but apart from that). We expected better for the price. It seems that quantity is prioritized over quality. As for breakfast, it was cheap supermarket herbal tea and yogurt... The cheese, cereal, and fruit were the same. Luckily, the tea was of higher quality and came from Palais des Thés. There were few seasonal and regional products. We expected more from a 3-star establishment. Not to mention the cutlery, which wasn't always properly washed (a small spoon with a pâté taste, a dirty knife). It should also be noted that the jacuzzi wasn't fully functional (some jets didn't work).

Despite its age, the rooms are well-maintained. The food is excellent and the service is impeccable. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The location is perfect, close to Lac Blanc and Kaysersberg by car. Even with a 2.5-year-old daughter, it's perfectly manageable. Everything, from the food to the room, went smoothly.
