We stumbled upon this place after our walk around the lake. The service was excellent! The view was superb, and what can I say about the food…!!! We had a wonderful time! We'll gladly return.

Following a short stay in the town of Orbey, we were pleasantly surprised by the scenery and the trails around Lac Noir. And what can I say about our final stop at the Auberge du Lac Noir, where we enjoyed a delicious lunch? I highly recommend the inn, where the chef sometimes comes to greet the guests – a rare and welcome touch.

Exquisite cuisine, a stunning view, and a fantastic waiter who was incredibly welcoming, energetic, friendly, and full of helpful advice. A truly sublime place not to be missed if you're in the area!

Great restaurant. The trout with almonds and vegetables was excellent. The salad was perfectly seasoned and not swimming in dressing. The servers were very friendly. We'll be back because there are still more to discover on the menu.

02/08/2026: A very pleasant place. A warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere. Starters, cheese plates, and desserts are self-service. Dishes are prepared to order. A buzzer lets you know when they're ready. It's convenient, and the service is quite fast. Lovely terrace with an open view. A big thank you to the team for their smiles! All the best!

18/05/2026: A family-run hotel. Everyone strives to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are perfect and well-insulated. Perfect peace and quiet at night. Highly recommended, especially for hiking enthusiasts and cyclists.
08/05/2026: We had a wonderful stay in Orbey. The welcome was truly friendly and warm. The room was very nice. We also really appreciated being able to use the pool as soon as we arrived – a real moment of relaxation after our journey. Finally, the meal was superb: the "salmon trout and Arctic char in a matelote sauce" was delicious, and the iced kouglof for dessert was the perfect ending to this excellent dinner. A truly wonderful place that we happily recommend!
