A truly wonderful discovery, this restaurant is discreetly nestled by the water in the heart of the countryside. The establishment offers a warm and genuine welcome, with the option of enjoying the terrace on sunny days, making the experience even more enjoyable. The wine on the wine list was excellent, with a strong character, and perfectly complemented the menu, highlighting each dish. The menu was remarkable, balancing delicate and intense flavors with a true harmony throughout the meal. A special mention, for me, goes to the sea bream served as a starter, simply sublime and prepared with great finesse. This restaurant fully deserves its Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide, with a score of 5 out of 5. To make the experience even more personal and authentic, having the chef come to the dining room or terrace would be a real bonus. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

Idyllic setting, smiling and highly professional staff, exquisite cuisine, fine dishes, and exceptional wines. I highly recommend it.

We came for lunch (arriving at 12:30 pm and leaving at 3:25 pm), and our meals were a real treat, worthy of a fine dining establishment. However, the experience was spoiled by the service: we waited an hour outside before our order was taken, and we weren't offered a single drink despite the intense heat. To top it all off, there was no air conditioning inside the restaurant. It's a shame, as the food deserves much more attentive and professional service.

Hello to all who are reading this. It's not my usual practice to do this kind of thing, but I've known and frequented this establishment for 30 years, and I've noticed and, above all, heard many customer complaints. My post is a warning. The comments concern a slight decline in quality and, especially, a significant drop in the owner's service. It's becoming difficult to communicate with her; she doesn't tolerate any criticism, and during service, she doesn't describe the dish or its ingredients. For an establishment of this renown, which once made us dream, please return to your core values. Thank you.

A restaurant that will remain etched in our memories, a very pleasant place where the food is excellent and the welcome is superb. We held our wedding there and it was wonderful. It's a shame this restaurant is going to disappear. An establishment with a real history. Mrs. Rahyr, Isabelle, and Raynald.

Excellent meal, well cooked, well served, special mention for the delicious chocolate tart, just a minor drawback with the cheese plate which wasn't very generous.

The dishes were very well prepared, but you shouldn't come hungry! (The pâté en croûte was excellent, but the foie gras was hidden under the slice of pâté.) As for the veal breast, out of 6 diners, 5 had leftovers! The desserts were impeccable, and the wine recommendations were good. However, some comments might offend other customers.

Excellent experience: We ate there yesterday, March 27, 2026, with four people. We got a table even though we had mistakenly booked for February 27th. They were actually expecting us in February, but the entire team was extremely professional and friendly even on the correct date. The food was outstanding. The service was superb. In the end, we couldn't order a taxi or an Uber, so the restaurant manager drove us home. Wonderful. All in all, a great evening with excellent food. Thank you so much!
