We came as a family for lunch and found the food to be very good and of high quality. The waitress was very pleasant and attentive. I recommend this place.

Absolutely nothing to complain about, it's our favorite restaurant. We go back all the time: birthdays, Valentine's Day... Whether it's the food or the service, we've never, ever been disappointed. A marvel!

We had already been to this restaurant a year ago, and we had forgotten how excellent the sweetbreads were.
We had the €35 set menu with warm goat cheese salad, sweetbreads, and Carambar crème brûlée—a real treat and not overpriced. The service was professional.

We went to dinner in Bartrès at the restaurant whose name you'll find above to celebrate a birthday in style after years of planning.
One of our companions had assured us that we wouldn't find better in Lourdes and the surrounding area. It's safe to say that not only was he right, but it exceeded our expectations!
The service was impeccable, with courteous and welcoming staff, and the food was generous without being excessive, although I could almost imagine myself in the "Sens de la Vie" (The Meaning of Life) when dessert was served.
I hope my compliments were passed on to the kitchen.
I highly recommend it.
