Hello! Thank you for a delicious meal! This is my first time eating tajine so I have nothing to compare it to. If I were to compare it to what is described in the books I could say that it was not very flavorful. In short: the food was very good, the Harissa sauce was excellent, with some subtle notes that you only feel with hot food. Cool, discreet, relaxing atmosphere. Thank you

As a professional chef, I'm giving you my opinion on this restaurant. The welcome and atmosphere were pleasant, the waiter very kind. As for the dish (couscous, merguez sausage, meatballs, vegetables), the semolina was very light, very good, easy to digest, and airy. The meat was just average, nothing special. The vegetable broth lacked flavor; it was bland! It's not the best couscous restaurant I've eaten at, nor the worst. My rating: 14 out of 20. It's average!

30/07/2026: A very good Moroccan restaurant; the Tipaza couscous was truly delicious and generous, with perfectly cooked and incredibly tender meat. The individual pastries are good, though not the best I've ever had. A great neighborhood restaurant to remember.
14/07/2026: Excellent food. A word of advice: eat light beforehand! It's a very filling meal!
