If you are in this area you have to try this place. It is proper food, well cooked and truly delicious. The gentleman running the restaurant was a true delight, funny and helpful and generally charming. Again I cannot emphasise enough how good the food is here. 12/10 (also bonus for the nerds he has an amazing collection of figurines and statues from different anime’s, films and tv shows)

A gem of a restaurant where the cuisine is 100% homemade, using produce from the garden. We enjoyed our meal for a very reasonable price, and the chef's welcome was truly warm. I highly recommend it!

Crockett's Tavern

24/11/2025: Excellent food, delicious...a lovely time spent with family. We loved it!
03/11/2025: Stayed 4 times at Davy Crockett and never used the buffet as I resent the prices. But having read the good reviews we decided to try it. Outstanding food!! It's not the biggest selection but its definitely quality over quantity. Meat, fish, salad bar, vegetables, soup, cakes and desserts. All replenished constantly. We visited at 7pm on a Thursday evening and it was only half full with no wait for food and we weren't being rushed out. Definitely worth going once if you're staying there. Good saloon bar next door too. Make sure you book early via the Disney App though as slots were taken when we turned up.
