I went this morning. I bought a croissant, which was pretty good. I also bought an Easter nest that was supposed to be praline, which is what I asked for. And she puts just one cake in a box meant for four. But when I ate it, I ended up with a coffee-flavored Easter nest, and I hate coffee desserts. And the Easter nest wasn't fresh; it tasted like it had been in the fridge and been sitting around for a while. And a major problem: the cashier touches the products with her bare hands. When you're handling money, you can't just touch the products too. A serious lack of hygiene. Next time, use tongs.

Fantastic experience at this bakery tucked away on a street corner in Tours 😊.... I loved the variety of products, especially my personal favorite, the Khorasan bread, recommended by the saleswoman after some stomach issues 😌... I highly recommend it, it's amazing 🍞.. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. Thank you... I highly recommend it... 🥐🥖

The bread was very good. This morning I received a very warm welcome early in the morning from a very friendly and smiling young woman! It really brightened my day.

I come to this bakery very often and the products are excellent! However, I've noticed that the service is a bit lacking... and that's because of one of the saleswomen (a heavyset blonde with glasses) who, instead of helping her colleagues, spends her time chatting, making phantom sweeps, or just being on her phone while her colleagues (all very welcoming) are working themselves to the bone. I've noticed, though, that she hasn't been there for a while now, and I don't think the shop is any worse for it!

Excellent products and service. The quality is there, everything is fresh, and the shop is clean. I'm taking off one star for two reasons: the price, which I find really high, and the limited selection of vegetarian snacks. You quickly get stuck in a rut with the salmon sandwich, the brie sandwich, and the focaccia. If you could improve this, then it would be a 5/5!

Friendly staff, excellent products. My favorites were the Swiss cheese and the galette des rois (king cake).
