The service was simply impeccable: professional, seamless, discreet, and always attentive without ever being intrusive. The cuisine was refined, creative, generous, and bursting with flavor. Each dish was a true work of art, featuring high-quality ingredients, perfectly executed cooking techniques, and combinations that were as original as they were delicious. From fish to meat, and even desserts, everything was incredibly well-balanced. Special mention also goes to the superb cheese trolley, presented with passion and expertise. The outdoor setting is magnificent, intimate, and very pleasant. Everything came together for an unforgettable evening. Honestly, only one question comes to mind: how is it possible that this restaurant hasn't yet earned a Michelin star? A huge congratulations to the entire team for this wonderful experience. An exceptional establishment that we wholeheartedly recommend and where we will return with immense pleasure!

19/08/2026: The service and customer reception were completely inadequate. We had a reservation and arrived a little early; however, a table for two was available, and we were refused entry. We had also been reserved, but the other guests were 20 minutes late… without any prior notice. In short, they were neither customer-oriented nor friendly. There were too few tables, and they were crammed together, making conversation uncomfortable. We won't be returning this time; in fact, the standard has declined, and reservations are extremely difficult to make. This restaurant only operates for lunch and dinner on weekends… yet they open a second location… A very bad experience.

10/08/2026: A truly wonderful experience at Nobuki Japanese Table. The ambiance is refined and elegant, with a particularly pleasant atmosphere. The service is impeccable, attentive, and discreet, perfectly complementing the setting. The dishes are delicate, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I highly recommend this restaurant for a delightful experience in a high-quality environment. I will gladly return.

31/08/2026: It's difficult to give an opinion on a restaurant that doesn't follow up or simply cancels a reservation without any reason! After an initial attempt to book through a Smartbox with no response, we renewed our reservation request, which was also canceled. If the concept of gift boxes doesn't suit the restaurant, why participate in the partnership? I won't even try to book through any other means because I find their practice dishonest!

17/09/2026: Third visit to this restaurant and never disappointed! Impeccable service! A big thank you to the servers who took such good care of our table of eight. We ordered different menus and all were excellent from appetizer to dessert! I highly recommend it! The atmosphere is calm and peaceful. Don't hesitate to venture outside the city center; this restaurant is worth the trip! Thank you to the chef and his entire team!

06/09/2026: We came for Sunday brunch. Despite the street fair in town that day, the street was very quiet, which was lovely. The brunch was delicious, and the portions were generous. Excellent value for money. We highly recommend this place!

16/09/2026: 🌿 While in Tours, we wanted to discover vegan Ethiopian cuisine… and what a wonderful discovery! Generous, fragrant, and full of flavor 🇪🇹😋. The owner took the time to explain the dishes, culinary traditions, and the history of the decor, which made the experience even more authentic and exotic. A great place to discover 🌱✨

15/09/2026: The service was friendly, although a weird thing occurred. The young woman came to take my order and then when I ordered she wanted to get the owner to take my order so he could “explain”. I know Ethiopian food very well so I was confused. It turns out he comes to explain the food even when you don’t need help. As for the food itself, it’s barely Ethiopian. It was bland. The egg hadn’t been simmered in the sauce (it definitely should be at least for some period of time). And I got a thigh!! Doro wat is normally served in restaurants with a leg, maybe both but I’ve rarely seen it with no leg. The meal itself is plated onto little dishes instead of being served directly on injera. And everyone was eating with forks!!! If you want French Ethiopian food then go here but it was definitely not authentic Ethiopian food.
