We were greeted by a very kind person.
Everything was delicious; it was the best sushi I've ever had. Everything was fresh and flavorful, and it was great value for money. The coleslaw and miso soup were also very good. You can tell it's homemade. We'll definitely be back!

26/04/2026: The reviews weren't lying! In our five day trip we had a lot of good food but this was by far the best experience we had. Not not just an absolute steal but a culinary heist in broad daylight!
The chef/owner is really welcoming, the selection of foods and wine was excactly right and his in depth knowledge, technique and creativity really came through with every single dish.
Please do give this place a try.
19/04/2026: Good ingredients, expertly prepared, beautifully presented, and a very welcoming owner who knows how to showcase his products. We left delighted with this meal, which satisfied our appetites and introduced us to new flavors. We can't wait for our next trip to Tours to return.

04/07/2026: Having wanted to try this restaurant for a long time, my opinion is mixed.
The dishes were truly excellent and definitely worth the experience, but the ambiance doesn't seem to live up to the intended standard.
The lack of air conditioning (it was broken...), the noise level (a large family table was seated that day), and a few other details prevented it from meeting the expected level of quality. If I go back, I'll order takeout, to enjoy a more refined experience at home.

We brought our baby, and they were happy to provide a high chair for him.
The food was delicious, and the side dishes on the tasting menu were customizable (hot or cold) to suit your preferences during this warm weather. Don't miss out, go for it!
