Au bord de l'eau sur Buzet-Sur-Baise

Sunday, June 14, 2026, mountain bike ride with my father. On the way, we had a reservation at the restaurant Au Bord de l'Eau for 12:30 pm. Arriving a little early (11:10 am), the owner seated us at a table and we enjoyed the view of the small harbor and the canal while having a drink. Around noon, more people arrived, and the owner took our orders: two salads, a fisherman's salad and a Landes salad. We received generous portions and very pleasant service from the owner, who was very friendly and welcoming. In the end, we were served ahead of schedule and enjoyed this lovely moment.

Unbeatable setting, very reasonable prices, local dishes with wonderful discoveries from the Gascon region, and a warm, family welcome.
