The food was very good as usual, and the service was excellent!
The only downside was that all the smoke from the kitchen wafted throughout the restaurant, which wasn't very pleasant because of the smell that lingered on your clothes, especially for sensitive eyes.
I would definitely return for the quality of the food, but it would be nice to see something improved.

Second time at this restaurant, after a rather successful first visit two years ago.
For this second and final visit, a total flop!
Let's go...:
First of all, and to set the scene, we were warned upon arrival that we might smell the cooking odors when we left. We were seated very close to the kitchen, and the door was wide open. (While there was plenty of room elsewhere... the restaurant is 20% full, I'd say.)
We were then told that the restaurant reopened yesterday, following a closure (administrative for hygiene reasons??, see below..) and that the brioche bread for my wife's foie gras wasn't available, and what's more, they had very little regular bread!
So, I went without so she could have what she needed...
I ordered the all-you-can-eat tab, which was fine. But the meat isn't "seared," even though it's still rare as requested.
I order another plate at the suggestion of the friendly waiter. We then hear the cook (the door is nearby and wide open, for the record), saying to the waiter: "Wesch, I need to defrost some hanger steak."
My second plate contains parts of downright cold meat, no wonder...
The fries are industrial, I point this out to the waiter because a blackboard pretentiously and falsely indicates that the food is homemade! The waiter makes no secret of the fact that the fries are indeed "industrial" and that he will report it to the owner, who, according to him, owns 24 restaurants. Why is this confidence no more reassuring than the rest?!
You've probably guessed, we're not having dessert...
Especially since my wife starts to feel sick during the meal, we leave, and she has no choice but to vomit in the street. True! Is it because of her rather delicate stomach or the foie gras? But she felt better immediately and hasn't had any more problems since. It's lunchtime the next day and she's eating a Munster cheese flammkuchen with gusto...
The only positive point: the server was friendly, helpful, and honest.
Finally, run away!
