To these glowing reviews, I can add the tranquility and spring sunshine that bathed this well-designed space. I've eaten many times at Bouillon République in Paris; it's cramped, noisy, and full of complaints about the food. Here, the cuisine is refined and excellent; everything is perfectly balanced. I hope that word of mouth brings you many more happy customers.

11/03/2026: The pastis was really refreshing on the terrace in the spring afternoon sun! Service is okay, but more self-service than anything else. The ambiance inside is alright, outside in the sun it's great, otherwise it's quite busy...
28/01/2026: I'm from England and have a house not far from here. It's a great bar, very friendly staff and the music on a Saturday night is banging.
