Passing through Les Sables-d'Olonne, we stopped to eat at the restaurant at the end of the quay. Top-notch restaurant. Excellent food. Top-notch service. If you're ever in Les Sables-d'Olonne, near La Chaume, you can go there without hesitation. It's at the end of the quay.
