After a little aperitif at the Factory Café (which offers and serves the best White Spritz in Arles), its tables being already all reserved for dinner, the owner suggested Le Galoubet... So here we are on our way to rue du Doctor Fanton... Arriving there, like many places on Saturday evenings in Arles, there was no table for four... This is how we discovered Au brin de thyme...
What a wonderful and pleasant surprise!!!
A small but varied menu, a guarantee of quality - and the icing on the cake, vegetarians can also find what they're looking for :)
In short, the starters, main courses and desserts that we chose delighted our taste buds :) Everything is good, fresh and delicious!
In addition, the owner and the room staff are completely friendly and welcoming, what more could you ask for :)

What we were served was good, homemade, on the other hand tiny starter, zucchini flower fritter (1 flower cut into 3), at 14 euros the starter is excessive

Excellent food and great service. If we stayed for more than 3 days we would go back another night. If it’s on the menu try the risotto.

Perfect ! Good cuisine, local dishes, excellent value for money.
Relatively quick service considering the crowd and what's more, the waitress is charming.

Very interesting menu, with regional dishes and seasonal varieties.
The appetizers are very varied and appetizing, and prepared with care. The price is consequently a little high, and even surprising for - number two - stuffed courgette flowers. Apparently the raw material in France is much more expensive than in Italy.
The trout gravlax were good and refreshing.
The bull gardianne is very juicy, which compensates for the tenacity of the meat.
The rib of bull, with roasted potatoes, was even better.
Choice of flavored kombuchas almost wider than wines by the glass. Wine list that does justice to regional production.
A good small restaurant a stone's throw from the Van Gogh foundation, a balanced choice between regional cuisine and atmosphere. Not for all budgets, but when you want to eat well prices have now risen everywhere.

Dans une petite rue au coeur de Arles.
L'endroit est agréable avec sa petite terrasse. Cuisine de saison, les assiettes sont copieuses. Un bon rapport qualité prix.
