Passing through Poitiers, we had a craving for Cheddar cheese, and we were more than satisfied! We were very pleasantly surprised by the generous portions. We had a veggie burger, a chicken burger, and a beef burger. We all agreed, they were delicious.
The service was very pleasant, with a very welcoming and smiling lady.
One small drawback: we felt it was a bit too cold.

This chain serves pretty good food at reasonable prices. Their fish and chips is always very good. I found the calamari fritters a bit bland. Otherwise, the food was quite decent. I was a little disappointed with the service. A waiter kept coming to me every thirty seconds to ask if I needed anything, which prevented me from fully enjoying my experience at the restaurant; I found it very annoying. Furthermore, I had a discount voucher that they refused to accept, claiming it wasn't valid at all of the chain's restaurants.

We went for dinner on a Sunday evening around 9 pm, a party of five, and everyone loved the food: generous portions, perfectly cooked, and quick and friendly service. I'd especially like to thank our waitress, Angélique, for her kindness and for taking extra care with our order (no pork)! The desserts were also generally well-received.
I come here quite regularly and I'm never disappointed. The servers are always very kind and attentive, the food is good, and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it.

Despite the fact that we enjoyed our meal very much, we found the service lacking… Unfriendly waiter, cold responses…
That was the only negative point we noted.
However, there were several positive aspects; the atmosphere and the food were two strong points.
