We were very disappointed with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was cold and unprofessional. We waited almost 10 minutes for a simple carafe of water, despite our request. During this time, several servers sat around doing nothing. When we decided to leave because of the wait, the waitress started complaining instead of apologizing. The service was unfortunately far from satisfactory.

I finally understand why this restaurant is so successful: the team is incredible! Always welcoming, efficient, smiling, and with a great atmosphere. Honestly, it's a pleasure to see people who love what they do. And then there's Geoffrey… At first, I thought he was the manager. After observing him, I came to a different conclusion: Geoffrey is probably a legendary figure. The old-timers say he trained the first waiters in history. When he says "it's ready," the plates practically speed up on their own. When he smiles, customers order dessert without a second thought. I even suspect he tops up the card machines with his mind. A huge congratulations to the entire team, and a special mention to Geoffrey, who deserves at least a statue at the entrance of the restaurant.
