After a very disappointing experience at another Bureau location, specifically in Saint-Louis, we are all the more delighted to find the same quality and service we've come to expect here. Always a warm welcome, a smiling and professional team, top-notch service… and above all, burgers like these—frankly, it's hard to beat! 🍔😍 An address we wholeheartedly recommend and where we will continue to return with great pleasure!

Continuous service, which is convenient if you're having a late lunch, good value for money, nicely decorated interior, pleasant terrace, friendly service. I really enjoyed the flammekueche. Well located at the entrance to the historic center. Conveniently located at the entrance to the historic center.

We ate VERY well; the burger with potato discs instead of bread was phenomenal. The owner even moved other customers away because they were smoking without us having to ask.

20/08/2026: A very good experience with excellent Fleischnackas, true to Alsatian tradition. The service was impeccable: the waitress was energetic, smiling, and very pleasant. However, the dining room is quite noisy (opt for the balcony). Prices are rather high. A good place for local cuisine.
30/07/2026: Very good, very good. Food and service: good. The owner, very kind and helpful, seemed very tired. I felt sorry for her.
