Today I'm giving 4 stars because these are some points that I hope management will take into account. 1) Air conditioning room booking, we chose the air conditioning room from Logis website and when we arrived at the hotel, there was no air conditioning inside the room, the heatwave was hot at inside the room especially in the afternoon. we felt uncomfortable, we decided to go shopping and we bought a fan, photo attached. my honest opinion, please don't post that your rooms have air conditioning. (when I read your comment, some rooms only!) 2) the toilet bathroom was not ventilated, there is a fan and a duct but that does not work, when we take a shower, the whole room fogs up to the bedroom. 3) window bar, need to ask the housekeeper to pay special attention, when I opened the window, I noticed that it was not clean and there were also spiders. I hope my review can help your hotel get 5 stars.
