Meal a little too expensive for the dishes offered. Must do better.

Very large room, comfortable bed. On the other hand, on the ground floor, on the parking side. Constantly woken up by the noise of cars. No blinds on the windows, just a curtain that hides nothing. Normal breakfast, nothing more

3-day stay for 4 people with friends, 2 rooms side by side from 12/30 to January 2, 2024. Excellent service and responsiveness. Listening to the customer and very pleasant staff. Breakfast at the top fresh orange juice, sweet, salty etc.... Hotel very well located in industrial zone (proximity to shops on foot) for visiting Chatres and surrounding areas We recommend. Très bon déjeuner avec service soigné

Nous avions réservé une chambre à l'orée de Chartres. En raison d'un incident urgent, nous avons dû annuler à la dernière minute notre nuitée. L'équipe de l'orée de Chartres a été très gentille et compréhensive. Ils nous ont gentiment annulé notre nuitée gratuitement (sans procéder à des frais d'annulation que nous aurions dû payer). Nous vous remercions vivement. Si nous avons l'occasion de repasser par Chartres, nous espérons pouvoir dormir pour de bon dans votre établissement !
