Au Bureau Cormeilles sur Cormeilles-En-Parisis

Buffalo Grill remains Buffalo Grill. The restaurant is decent, offering very good value for money, especially for children. The only downside is that every time I go there with my family, we easily wait 25 to 35 minutes between the main course and dessert. A bit annoying.

We had a wonderful family time at Buffalo Grill in Cormeilles-en-Parisis 😊 A huge thank you to Sandrine for her warm welcome, kindness, and excellent service! We had a fantastic time, thanks again!

Excellent service from Selena, a very friendly waitress. A few dishes were cold, but she was very quick to react.

I often go to Buffalo Grill; it's a good restaurant with good, affordable food. But yesterday, I experienced the staff shortage that has persisted for years. We waited 15 minutes for our welcome salad, without bread (it was in the oven and arrived 10 minutes later – the salad was already finished). I wanted to take advantage of the 25% discount on an à la carte dish, and the waitress Selena even confirmed that the offer was valid. When I got to the counter to pay, I saw that the discount hadn't been applied to my dish, and the manager told me that the waitress hadn't validated it. Since we had already paid, I wasn't entitled to any refund or credit. I think it's a shame to offer such an attractive deal and not extend it to customers, especially to only find out about it at the checkout. There's a certain lack of professionalism, which I find regrettable considering the dishes were delicious and piping hot.

Perfect for my daughter's birthday

Excellent welcome! Thank you, Selena!

Serena gave us a wonderful welcome; she was smiling, attentive, and very professional 😊 Thank you for this lovely time!

Delicious and very filling meal, and a special mention for our waiter Jimmy who was very kind and always smiling at us – thank you so much for the warm welcome. Thank you to Sandrine, she really took excellent care of us.

Excellent restaurant with a top-notch team. And Selena's service is outstanding.

Thank you to Selena for the perfect service and to the cooks for the delicious food we ordered. See you soon!
