When you smell something burning during your meal and then the fire alarm goes off, I don't understand why no one on staff reacted! No message to the customers, no evacuation, nothing, zero reaction. It's very disappointing and shows a lack of consideration for customers. What happened in Switzerland on December 31st seems to have no consequences... I'm truly disappointed.
This doesn't reflect on the food or anything else, but it's a serious oversight.

We came for dinner on Thursday, June 18th.
We received a very warm welcome and excellent service. The waiter was very kind, pleasant, and smiling. There was also a bald waiter (excuse us, we don't know his name). We will gladly return; he was a very good waiter who takes his job seriously.

Absolutely lovely restaurant. The service was very friendly. As a German, I was greeted very warmly. They even helped me translate the menu. The drinks and food were both delicious. It couldn't be better. I'd gladly come back.

I'm giving 5 stars for the service, but only for Rantanplan and Thomas, who we'll miss, by the way; always smiling and very pleasant. However, as for Pierre, pffffffff, I don't recommend him.

I recommend it only if you are served by Rantanplan and Thomas.
Avoid Pierre, he's not very customer-oriented and so tired he sits down to take your order 🙄.

We arrived at 1:50 PM and were turned away by the manager, who claimed it was closed, even though the website clearly states closing time is 3:00 PM. What a disgrace! This man clearly didn't want to work. We won't be going back.

I've been going to "Au Bureau" since the chain first opened. I go to the Amilly location very often. Unfortunately, I've seen the decline... The prices are the same, but the quality is mediocre. And the portions are getting smaller and smaller. I'm very, very disappointed. This will be the last time I go to this restaurant or this chain...
