I've known this place for over 20 years. I've walked past it thousands of times. I've watched the rustic-style inn transform into a more modern establishment. I've often wanted to go in, but never had the chance… Today I finally did, and I have absolutely no regrets. The welcome is absolutely charming, the advice is excellent, but above all, the food and wine list are truly divine. Despite the soundproofing panels on the walls, the only criticism I could make of this establishment—worthy of a fine dining restaurant—is the lack of privacy between the tables, as well as the slightly oppressive noise. For everything else, it's absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend it.

Excellent address! Delicious game terrine, pike-perch on perfectly cooked sauerkraut, and delicious poached pears to finish. All accompanied by a very good Pinot Gris. Attentive service and a warm atmosphere. An excellent lunch from start to finish.

The cuisine is excellent, refined, and masterful, a true pleasure for the taste buds. However, it's a shame that the service isn't quite up to scratch: the sommelier didn't present the wine bottles, and the reaction to a small remark about the freshness wasn't the most elegant. With more attentive service, the experience would truly be perfect.
