We experienced a truly exquisite, timeless moment. The staff were attentive and kind. An excellent experience that we will certainly repeat. We should mention that we opted for the tasting menu with wine pairings, which explains the price per person.

Perfect from starter to dessert. We came for my partner's birthday and had a wonderful time. Special mention to Mr. Kerman, always classy and elegant ;) One of the best restaurants in Chalons. Go there, you'll never be disappointed.

Very pleasant interior. Super friendly owner. We had told them to keep an eye on our time, and they respected that perfectly. Very good food! Very tasty, original, and beautifully presented! The price-quality ratio is excellent! Very creamy foie gras. Very original croque mushroom! Risotto generously garnished with seafood. Pork cheeks were buttery tender. Highly recommended!

We were returning from vacation and looking for a restaurant for a lunch break. We stumbled upon Le Carillon Gourmand and were charmed by the surprising and inventive cuisine, as well as the warm welcome. It was the perfect way to end our vacation.

A very nice address in Châlons-en-Champagne. The welcome is friendly. The service is efficient. The dishes are refined and of very good quality. The owner is very pleasant. I recommend it. This is already the second time we've been there and I think there will be others.

07/12/2025: I've been back since the change of ownership and I wasn't disappointed. The quality-price ratio is still excellent, just the drinks are a bit pricey, a diabolo for €5.50, otherwise nothing to complain about 😁

30/12/2025: Excellent place! We were welcomed and served by Sylvain – a big thank you for his professionalism. The meat was cooked to absolute perfection. The place is clean and we didn't have to wait 30 minutes for our meal (though it wasn't very busy). Thank you to the entire team, even the kitchen staff, for all the little details that aren't always apparent in the dining room. I highly recommend it!
