I recommend the restaurant. Service and food were perfect!! 🤤 However, I think she's an apprentice, but when the teaspoons for dessert are missing, she doesn't have to say "Damn it..." 🤬😧

We always return with pleasure to this restaurant, which showcases fresh produce; everything is homemade and worthy of Michelin stars. The waiters and waitresses are attentive and always smiling. The desserts are also homemade and divine.

A bit noisy due to two large tables, but a lovely establishment, great service, very good food, something for everyone, with sophisticated and not-too-sweet desserts. Excellent experience!

It had been a while since we'd been to this restaurant, which we generally enjoy. We had a very good meal, beautifully presented, and to top it all off, a very pleasant waitress. We recommend it 100%. 😉

First time at this restaurant. We received a very warm welcome and the service was excellent! The food was high quality and reasonably priced. Plus, the wine was superb. A special mention for the waitress who took the time to chat with us; she was very pleasant and professional. I think she'll recognize herself. There were three of us, and we'll definitely be back! I highly recommend it! 👍👍👍

With Les Sarments, there are no false notes; this restaurant is a sure bet in Châlons-en-Champagne. The meats and fish are high quality. The side dishes and vegetables are also excellent. As for the desserts, they look like they came straight from the hands of a pastry chef! In short, you leave this restaurant satisfied!

18/03/2026: I miss the days of Rosalie. Everything has gone up in price and down in quantity… For example, the frog legs as a starter used to be around €15 for a good portion; now there are two choices, one for the starter and one for the main course. The starter is roughly the same price with half the number of frog legs. And the main course has gone up to over €20… and is often overcooked… What a shame
07/03/2026: The meat was overcooked and of poor quality. The service was quick, but apart from one of the waitresses, the others weren't very professional. Scallops were served instead of the scallops we ordered. We knew this restaurant from previous visits and were disappointed. Poor value for money. It's very expensive!

25/05/2026: Excellent food. Welcoming atmosphere with very pleasant staff. The owner is attentive, friendly, and very caring towards his customers. I highly recommend it. Don't hesitate to come and discover this restaurant.
