Nice restaurant. You can have a nice dinner here for a reasonable price. They also offer plenty of wines by the glass so you can choose for yourself.

A very pleasant restaurant. From the outside, you wouldn't expect to find such elegant decor and ambiance: we were pleasantly surprised. As for the meal, everything was generally good, but nothing truly groundbreaking. The menu is fairly classic, and some dishes seemed a bit too salty or, conversely, too sweet. We didn't discover anything particularly new, but that didn't stop us from having a very enjoyable time in a warm and inviting setting. Thank you to the waiters and waitresses for their warm welcome and kindness.

This is a superb stop between Paris and Strasbourg. The dining room is lovely, with well-spaced tables. The staff is very welcoming and discreetly professional. Served by an inspired chef, the cuisine is delicate and flavorful. A truly excellent restaurant in Châlons.

The wine pairings were very well chosen and harmonized perfectly with the dishes. Service Experience What we found took some getting used to was the staff's attitude—there weren't really any smiles. However, the chef de partie was very friendly and frequently asked how we were enjoying our meal. This attentive service rounded off the experience positively. Conclusion Au Carillon Gourmand impresses with its refined, modern French cuisine in an elegant setting. Despite minor shortcomings in service, the restaurant is definitely recommended due to its outstanding food and thoughtful wine pairings.

A wonderful evening with 7 friends! 🤩✨ First, a lovely table in a place just for us, then a warm and incredibly friendly welcome, impeccable service (quick, attentive, etc.), and finally an exceptional meal, both in presentation and taste! 🤩👏🏻 And a reasonable price! 👍🏻 A truly great place that I highly recommend! It's a shame we don't live closer because we would have gone back without hesitation!
