I'm simply stunned by the closure of this living encyclopedia, so many memories from my earliest childhood. I just wanted to say thank you. Thank you for perpetuating** a profession that is increasingly disappearing in some respects, with such professionalism, kindness, joy, and above all, delicious food! All the best to you and much happiness for the future; you truly deserve it. =)

ONE REGRET: That it's over!!!! For years, the warm welcome from this talented couple, and the exquisite, delicious, and inventive dishes (regional products, always incredibly fresh) have delighted us, both emotionally and gastronomically!! Add to that a smiling and efficient staff.... The human warmth is part of the very fabric of the place!! All our family and friends (delighted guests) will miss them, we ourselves will be heartbroken...but THEY HAVE GIVEN SO MUCH, WITH UNFAILING GENEROSITY, THAT THEY HAVE WELL DESERVED A REST....

The food was very good, but the portions were insufficient: two beef croquettes and a small dish with 10 fries.
