Excellent tuna steak. The chorizo ​​pizza was very well topped, delicious, and filling. The service was welcoming and quick. And reasonably priced. A very pleasant little lunch break on our journey. Worth noting for our next visit.

18/05/2026: A truly lovely hotel, ideally located between the charming old town of Troyes and the region's lakes. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff are friendly. A full breakfast is included. The restaurant is also a very pleasant surprise: a deliberately concise menu featuring regional specialties, offering something for everyone, refined cuisine, delicious desserts, and very reasonable prices. Special mention goes to the managers who were incredibly accommodating and kind: we had car trouble on a Sunday, and despite a busy day for them due to the village market, they arranged for us to stay an extra night and have dinner at the hotel.
