We ordered two 25cl glasses of white wine at €7 each, but when the bill arrived we had to pay €11 per glass because they made a mistake and served us 50cl glasses... not great, otherwise the servers were nice!

Excellent place. A warm and friendly welcome. All the staff are attentive throughout the meal. The ingredients are high quality, very fresh, and very well prepared. We were given time to eat, and all the dishes were perfectly executed. Truly a welcoming place with excellent food. I highly recommend Le Chien Qui Fume.

A restaurant I've known since the 1970s, back when it was called "Le Trou des Halles" (The Hole of the Market Halls). It was before the headquarters of the market porters, and the famous onion soup was served at 5:00 AM. This place has been a listed historical monument since 1984. The establishment's name comes from its owner in 1920, who displayed a poodle smoking a cigar and a griffon smoking a pipe. Everything has changed a lot since then, but it's still a place worth discovering, "in its original state." The restaurant has adapted to our times.

Excellent food! The ribeye steak and homemade mashed potatoes were absolutely superb! And the staff were very welcoming and attentive. We will definitely be back!

A great place to enjoy a quiet drink, excellent food and drinks, pleasant service, and very nice decor... the restrooms are very clean too! I highly recommend it!

Food was good, it was only one waiter who made me give the 3 and 2 stars. Good wine but never brought out what I asked for, felt because I was a tourist. Maybe I’m wrong but the next table of parisians did not haven’t experience.
