I had the pleasure of staying at Coeur de Megève where every aspect of my visit was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and impeccable service provided by the staff. In particular, I must commend Bader for his outstanding assistance during my stay. Bader went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable and memorable experience at the hotel. His attention to detail, professionalism, and friendly demeanor truly stood out. Whether it was providing local recommendations, assisting with any requests, or simply greeting me with a smile, Bader's dedication to customer service was evident throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay. My experience was made truly special thanks to the exceptional service provided by Bader and the entire hotel staff.

Cozy style! Friendly and accommodating staff. The must in the heart of Megeve...

Very pleasant hotel in the city center on a square with terrace for having a drink, beautiful decor in the rooms.

Disappointment. This is what would best sum up our stay. Of course the hotel is comfortable, very well located and with contemporary decoration. We spent a family weekend with our two young children. We reserve a family room with 2 connecting rooms. Bad surprise, the room is on the top floor but after the elevator there are several stairs. With a pram this is not ideal. The baby bed requested in advance was not installed, the first arrived broken, and the second with a mattress too small for the bed, therefore not up to standard and not comfortable for our baby who bumped into the slats... Faced with our dissatisfaction, we felt the staff annoyed, even though the request for a safe baby bed does not seem excessive. Finally, they were in fact two separate and non-connecting rooms, therefore not suited to our needs. Also it was stated that the room was attic but this means the ceiling is very very low, we are not particularly tall and we felt a bit cramped. We were therefore disappointed with the value for money and we therefore do not recommend it, but it will surely please other customers. The restaurant is excellent, however, and the staff is particularly friendly. The best rating of the stay!

A wonderful welcome, a completely renovated hotel in the heart of Megeve At the top!

The hotel is magnificent, the decoration is meticulous and the welcome is warm. In the room, everything was perfect. There is a real attention to detail that we have rarely seen elsewhere. We also ate at the restaurant. The cocktails were superb, the food very good, and lots of attention from the chef to enhance the meal. We will come back!

Excellent hotel in the heart of Megève. The rooms are cozy and elegant, like the rest of the hotel in fact. We feel good there. Very pleasant and friendly service with great care for customers. Family meal on Saturday evening. Light and inventive cuisine. The buffet breakfast is well stocked. There is a spa but I didn't have time to try it. A hotel where I felt good.
