Everything was perfect. We went there on recommendations and from the welcome to the dishes to the atmosphere, finally a real restaurant worthy of the name. I recommend with my eyes closed

A very pleasant lunch with colleagues at the end of July. Only 20 minutes from Tours, it was perfect! The new chef ensures quality cuisine, the dishes delight the taste buds, the cooking is perfect, meat cooked at low temperature, inventive and refined cuisine for excellent value for money. The terrace is also very pleasant. We will come back as a family for sure!

Lors d'une très agréable étape à Langeais, nous avons eu un excellent diner dans ce restaurant situé à deux pas du château. Cet établissement est installé dans une ancienne maison familiale et l’accueil y est sympathique. La cuisine est créative tout en restant de bonne tradition française. Les produits sont frais et préparés avec soin, saveurs et arômes. Les plats servis sont bien garnis. Une fricassée de girolles en doux-amer avec émuldion de topinambour, exquise, un délicieux Foie gras mi-cuit avec compotée de rhubarbe confite, des Ris de veau d'exception à la cuisson parfaitement maitrisée, un régal! Deux bons desserts pour finir. Le service est efficace et convivial. Seul le Bourgeuil 2017 était un peu décevant. Un excellent diner en tout cas!

It seemed from the outside that we might hope for a good meal but what I did not expect was an exquisite meal with attention to detail and very good cooking skills. Quail salad, plump and moist. Slow cooked lamb, beautifully cooked. Rabbit cooked to perfection and very tasty too. Service was friendly enough albeit a bit slow. A pretty hefty bill though.
