Excellent meat cooked perfectly as requested. Delicious Andouillette 5A accompanied by a high-quality Chartreuse craft beer. Very good dessert. Impeccable welcome and service. Good address to recommend between Paris and Toulouse.

Warm welcome from the hosts and very clean premises. The products are of good quality, we regret that the meat is not accompanied by fries or homemade vegetables. In addition, it is also a shame that the children's menu is not based on grilled meats like for adults.

We have been eating by the fire several times now, each time we are not disappointed with this restaurant. Everything is very good from the starter to help yourself to the grilled andouillette with fries and salad that we chose today. Everything was of very good quality. The service is very good too.

Une petite halte sur la route des vacances. L'accueil par les propriétaires de l'établissement est vraiment chaleureux. La cuisine est bonne et copieuse. L'âge pour le menu enfant devrait être un peu étendu, ce qui fait que le repas avec jeune enfant de 10 ans est un peu cher.

14/07/2024: We were lucky enough to get married at the Valaudran estate, a warm and magnificent place! The service is impeccable, the butler is of exemplary professionalism as are all the staff. If you are looking for a place where you will not have to manage anything just to enjoy yourself, go there with your eyes closed. Not to mention the meal which is fantastic. Thanks to them and see you soon

13/09/2024: Quality cuisine with simple products. Few options in the starter, main course and dessert menu allow you to go away from what you usually eat and that is very appreciable. I recommend!
05/09/2024: Discovered during a visit to Salbris, we were attracted by the name and the small, intimate terrace of the establishment. We were delighted with the dish of the day which we enjoyed two days in a row. Good value for money.
