07/10/2025: We came here by chance on Sunday. We were looking for a restaurant in Salbris. What a joy to walk through the door. We were afraid we'd stumble upon a cliché of the competitor with the big horns. Not so! The fire in the middle of the room brings a warm, welcoming atmosphere to our grandparents' home. Cooking right before our eyes over a wood fire is a real plus. The quality of the products is indisputable, whether it's the traditional andouillettes, Troyes sausages, traditional sausages, or braised ham. A real treat. The sweet touch of the meal is not the least. The coulant, ile flottante, and baba, not to mention the exquisitely flavored traditional ice creams, will leave you speechless. The welcome is very pleasant. The managers are very friendly and don't hesitate to chat 😉. You've found new loyal customers when we return to Salbris. See you soon

24/02/2026: A huge thank you to Mr. Massu and the entire Valaudran team. We were able to hold our wedding on February 21, 2026, in a magnificent venue where we had complete freedom to decorate the room and choose our own food, wines, etc. All the staff were attentive and caring. Our guests were also delighted. We highly recommend them.
