A huge thank you to the owners for this unforgettable anniversary lunch! To celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary, the owners were kind enough to reserve a beautiful beach bar just for us. Everything was perfect from beginning to end in this magnificent setting on the banks of the Saône River: A big thank you to the owner for her smile and the impeccable table setting; everyone could see each other and join in the conversation. The aperitif served with the starter kicked off the festivities. The unlimited frog legs, foie gras, and fried fish were simply sublime. As for the chicken in pastry, it was absolutely divine and a hit with all our guests. A very special thank you to the owners, who were incredibly friendly and even offered us a complimentary trou normand (a small glass of Calvados served between courses). Thanks to you, we had a truly wonderful time and celebrated our emerald wedding anniversary in the most beautiful way. A place we wholeheartedly recommend!

Good taste in every dish. A few comments: 1. Insufficient portion size for each dish. Tiny foie gras, served with only two cut beans. 2. Frogs' legs were tasty and plentiful. Dauphinoise potatoes were insufficient for four people. 3. We had to ask for bread and water, only to be told by the waitress, "Well, you certainly drink a lot of it!" 4. Long wait for dessert. 5. We had to ask for drinks for the children's meal, otherwise they wouldn't have been served. 6. The bill included an unjustified €50 surcharge, noted by the customer. 7. The servers weren't always well-coordinated in their respective tasks. 8. The restaurant needs a refresh. A shame.

Beautiful and delicious food. Delightful service. Rustic and bucolic setting. A welcoming place run by people who are dedicated to doing things well. Bravo!

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The service was impeccable, and blankets were offered if we were cold. The meal was delicious, with a tempting menu, and the atmosphere was perfect. It's a shame that when we made the reservation, we were coldly reprimanded for calling during service, especially since there was a website for reservations!
